I gotta dig real deep to find unit issues now.  There are problems in ntpmon detail mode:

filtdelay  = 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 ms
filtoffset = 0.00000 -0.00000 -0.00000 -0.00000 -0.00000 -0.00000 -0.00000 -0.0000 ms
filtdisp   =   0.000   0.000   0.000   0.000   0.000   0.001   0.001   0.001 us

A lot of zeros of ms, minus zero, etc.
