I've told OpenHub to scan NTPSec. The GitLab repo is being analyzed now.

Mark, I checked the "I manage this project" box because (a) I believe
that's how you lock a project's OpenHub identifier so nobody else can
claim it, (b) I don't know if you have an account on that site.  If
you do, I will cheerfully transfer it. CII should own that piece of
namespace for the same reason it should own the domain name.
