Some good test news

Just heard from a guy named Daniel Poirot who might be joining devel shortly.
He's a sales engineer from Coverity who has been been running fuzzers against
NTPsec's daemon and clients; he says we pass 100%.

He may show up here to get us started on using a sort of coverage-
concentration tool called Test Advisor. He didn't say outright but I
got the impression Coverity quite reasonably thinks we'd make a good
reference account for the tool.
