ntploggps.py is installed as ntploggps, with the proper shebang.

Why are you running it that way?

Works for me on Python 3.9.3, NTPsec git head, and gpsd git head.

spidey /usr/local/src/GPS/gpsd/gpsd # python -V
Python 3.9.5
spidey /usr/local/src/GPS/gpsd/gpsd # ntploggps
# Time       Device     TDOP     nSat
1623785318 /dev/ttyS0 0.550000 15
[...]


What versions of Python, gpsd and NTPsec are you running?
