what causes a sysstats reset ?

Hi Hal,

Thanks for coming back.
Now I understand.
This is my config:

enable monitor stats
statistics loopstats peerstats sysstats
statsdir /var/log/ntp/
filegen peerstats file peers type day link enable
filegen loopstats file loops type day link enable
filegen sysstats file sysstats type day link enable

If I wouldn’t write to /var/log/ntp/sysstats “ntpq -c sys” would continuisly count up.
And I can have either this or that.
Makes sense in a certain way.

Kind regards
Hans
