Look in the NTPsec files in contrib/gps-log.  The daemon is still under
development and nto totally firmed up yet.  You start it after gpsd like
this:

/usr/local/src/NTP/ntpsec/contrib/gps-log >> /var/log/ntpstats/gpsd &
