Only if you want to be inconsistent with some of the docs
and break the pages builder; see merge request !1489

I'm not Gary; see merge requests 1430 and 1307; I also have
some changes that I picked up from an erroneous LLM that are
not in 1430 yet.
 
I'm certain Gary will downvote because I refuse to restrict time votes to root.

Redundant belt/suspenders; if the filesystem under the tree is replaced (i)or the inode the name points to changes, treat it as a new file.

I only added this, IIRC, because it checked off a box somewhere and I can't find the box anymore.
 
OT: It appears the build is not reproducible on macOS w/ brew; an inferior check generates 166 differing 16-byte lines...
