Sigh.  It needs a dose of TLC.

The Downloads section has 2 URLs.
  The first one is https://gitlab.com/groups/NTPsec
    git clone on that one doesn't work.
  The second is https://github.com/ntpsec/ntpsec
    git clone on that worked
We should have a git clone example to copy/paste.


The Tarballs section has this URL:
  ftp://ftp.ntpsec.org/pub/releases/
My wget doesn't work with that URL.
  Failed to parse URI 'ftp://ftp.ntpsec.org/pub/releases/'
  Nothing to do - goodbye
My browser doesn't either, but that may be my problem.

Google found https://ftp.ntpsec.org/pub/releases/
It works for me.

The certificate for ftp.ntpsec.org is out of date


There is a people directory in https://ftp.ntpsec.org/pub/
It has a handful of directories.  All empty.  Mostly for inactive people.
