GitLab Abuse folks:

A user (bot?) named @GitLab-Abuse-Automation closed a bunch of
legitimate NTPsec merge requests:

https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/www/-/merge_requests/33
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/www/-/merge_requests/42
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/www/-/merge_requests/63
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/277
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1091
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1135
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1137
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1147
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1167
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1173
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1174
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1175
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1176
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1181
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1198
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1199
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1200

Worse, I (@rlaager) seem to be unable to reopen the MRs, so I can't fix
this. For example, I tried reopening these two:
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/www/-/merge_requests/33
https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/merge_requests/1091

Can you help?

Other NTPsec developers are confused too:
