NTS has been working for a while without any serious problems. We may have to tweak a few details when the actual RFC gets published but it seems unlikely there will be any major changes. Is there any reason not to do a release now/soon? If not, I'll tweak the NTS documentation to be post-release. -- These are my opinions. I hate spam.
