Let's get moving on NTS

Yo All!

I do not like this in nts.adoc:

    4 boxes.  My ASCII art is weak.  C for client, S for server.

       Bravo                       Delta
       NTS client ---------------- NTS server
	  |                         |
       Alpha                       Charlie
       NTP client ---------------- NTP server

There are 3 'boxes' not 4.  And let's use the RFC terms to avoid
confusion.


       client -------TLS----------- NTS-KE
          |                           |
          |                           ?
          |                           |
          \-------------------------NTPD

If we are going to assign first names, then use something that does not
conflict with the names that the TLS component here is using.

What the NTS-KE shares with the NTPD is preliminarily defined in 
the Proposed RFC Section 6.  How they share that (config file, TLS, 
plain text, etc.) is still undefined.
