What's name for the gitlab thing that checks post-push and sends yes/no mail?

Authors are emailed for failed pipelines See https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/pipelines.html

We also email specific users for failed pipelines. See https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/-/services/pipelines_email/edit
