I was looking for a way to decouple simple scripts from the python library 
package.

It all started when you wanted to be able to run stuff directly out of the 
source directory.


> # fgrep ntp.util  ntpclients/ntploggps.py
>     import ntp.util
>                     version="ntploggps %s" % ntp.util.stdversion()) 

same with ntplogtemp.py

 Nothing ntp related with either.
