Please don't. The logging utilties are too trivial to need to be
separated out, and doing so will make the Debian packaging much more
painful for me, in both technical and policy ways.

If you want to separate out ntpviz, I can see that, but *only* if the
intention is to decouple it from ntpsec. For example, if you want to
explicitly support graphing NTP Classic or especially something farther
afield like Chrony, that would be a great reason to split it out.
