Estimated error went down.
Kernel pll stayed at zero.
ntpq shows offsets that are lower. Jitter also lower.

But how do I get the error more constant?
Currently the `ntpq -c kerninfo` estimated error is quite noisy.

I guess the noise is related to the variance in the interrupt latency?
How will the proposed communication between GPS receiver and computer be 
able to cope with this variance?
