Yo All!

New data for poll=5 (32 Sec). Like before, all data is 90% bounds,
run over 24 hours or more. Clearly the proper minpoll=maxpoll is
important and non-trivial to find.

Xeon:

Local Clock Local Clock Local Clock PPS PPS
Poll Freq Offset 90% Jitter 90% Stability 90% Offset 90% Jitter 90%
1 495ppb 16.9us 27.7ppt 39.0us 26.7us
2 332ppb 20.9us 15,6ppt 40.6us 29.7us
3 165ppb 20.5us 7,5ppt 34.6us 27.9us
4 465ppb 15.5us 3.1ppt 22.5us 20.1us
5 435ppb 13.3us 3.4ppt 17.7us 16.9us
6 570ppb 10.2us 1.2ppt 34.2us 16.3us

Moving slowly from 1 to 6 seems mostly a good direction. 7 is next.

RasPi3:

6 1.4 ppm 3.3us 2.2 ppt 68us 9.7us

Clearly poll >= 4 is past the optimum point for this host. I think the
winner is poll=1, but poll=2 or 3 are close.

More to come.
