I like it.  The disadvantage is that you may need some adapters.  Has the 
world switched to HDMI yet?  (I'm still using VGA and PS2, but I have USB 
keyboards.)

Having a display/keyboard also simplifies finding the IP address.

Both areas can link to an outside document (or appendix) for how-to-do-it 
without a display or kbd.
