Would you be good with swapping in the recently discussed peer section
as-is?

No logging, you need logging, even if commented out.  Without logging 
it is pretty hard to debug.

The 'server 127.127.28.0' needs to be last as it is the poorest quality.
Where it is will screw up the PLL on restart.  It also needs a fudge.
