I used to cross-compile all my Raspberry Pi stuff on Gentoo x86-64.  I’ve never tried NTPSec (it didn’t exist then :^) ).  I have enough Pi’s now that I just use distccd across 14 x Pi 3’s.

I’ll see if I still have my x86-64 cross-compiler environment up...
