✘ARM cross compile

Yo All!

I am trying to get an ARM cross compile of NTPsec working.  Has anyone
figure this out?  Right now I am trying on Ubuntu, but any OS will do.

I'm stuck trying to get Ubuntu to install libpython2.7.a
