Actually, that lets you test 4 different drivers.

There is the ATOM driver for the raw PPS signal.  You need some other driver 
to number the seconds.

The NMEA driver can use PPS directly.

You can feed the PPS (and NMEA or whatever) to GPSD.  That lets you test SHM 
and JSON.
