Yes, the my release target is either all tests converted, or replay
working.  Amar and Eric, do please keep working on those respectively.

Hal, if you want to go in and do some medium sized cleanups, feel free to
start them.   On the other hand, if you are feeling itchy about stability,
and your judgement, go hunting stability bugs.
