Nothing found, but I didn't expect it since renaming /usr/local/include/isc allowed it to install without issue.

The only things outside the ports tree that I have a note about are
http://tools.netsa.cert.org/silk/index.html & ntpsec
That doesn't mean anything beyond that the instrumentation is fairly likely to find something.

Hopefully I can give you some short term definition for specific conflicts. If nothing else, just documenting that a build failure related to ../../isc/assertions.h should prompt moving the preexisting one out of sight during the ntpsec build.
