Rename/rewrite TEST_ASSERT_GREATER_THAN test macro

We want the macro to be in terms of (threshold/expected, actual), instead of
the current argument order.

This is a better match to the rest of the style of the Unity assertion macros
and will make it easier to replace

Upgrade Unity to 2.4.3 and remove custom TEST_ASSERT_LESS_THAN
