Fix styles directory and missing asciidoc.js

 * Remove stylesdir= as an arg to avoid absolute paths.
 * Add missing asciidoc.js to the repository as there is no easy way to discern
   it from the filesystem.  JS file is from asciidoc 8.6.9.
