Might I suggest that if the configuration file contains a refclock line,<br class="gmail_msg">
but refclocks weren't enabled in the build, a warning diagnostic should<br class="gmail_msg">
be issued at startup, instead of just silently ignoring the situation.<br class="gmail_msg">
