I added a .pth file to /usr/lib/python3.13/site-packages/me.pth
/usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/
for no good reason I removed PATHONPATH from my .bashrc
now ./waf build completes without error
I was unaware of pth files nice trick to fixup sys.path
FWIW: I'm using my install notes for ntpsec 1.2.3, I did not have this
issue.
