Anybody using really really old versions of OpenSSL?

If you want to use NTS, you need something newer than 1.1.1a.

If you aren't using NTS, I think our current code will work on pre 1.1.0  
But that's no longer supported, even if you are willing to pay for support.

I'm about to clean up some crufty code.  That will have the side effect of 
breaking working on pre 1.1.0 versions of OpenSSL.  Current NTPsec and old 
old OpenSSL seems like a strange combination to me, but if anybody is 
doing that, please let me know and I'll see if I can keep it working.
