NTPsec build results on just-released Debian 64bit for Raspberry Pi

Please let us know if you encounter anything good or bad.

In general, if your problem fits into a 32 bit virtual address space (few GB), 
32 bit software will be slightly faster than 64 bit because of better 
cache/memory performance.  It's usually easy to measure if your software does 
a lot of work with pointers.

You can also get 64 bit Pi software from Fedora and FreeBSD and direct from 
Debian.  They aren't supporting the Pi 4 yet.
