MSSNTP issue.

Hello,
in the end I managed to solve by switching to the classic ntp. It worked
with the same configuration except that I had to change the local network in
the restrict statement from "192.168.38.0/24" to "192.168.38.0 mask
255.255.255.0". A line in the log complained about the first version;
which seemed strange to me because both manpages of "ntp.conf" reported
the "address/CIDR" as a valid expression.

NTP version:
ntpd 4.2.8p12 at 1.3728-o (1)
