stratum one on pi 4?

Has anyone on the list successfully gotten a stratum one working using  a 
Raspberry Pi 4?  I'm unable to get PPS from an M8T board I've been using 
on a Pi 3 for a while. I think it has something to do with the different 
UART hardware on the pi 4 - there's five uarts to the Pi 3's one, and I've 
had no luck sorting it out. It's probably something very simple that's 
eluding me...
