Extremely inexpensive gps modules

I ran across this ebay listing -

Essentially the ATGM332D-5n is a workalike to the ublox neo M8N, and the 
user manual I found online (just google atgm332d and the first result is 
to the pdf)  seems to show good specs - but I'm not (yet) well-versed 
enough in GPS hardware to know if this thing would be something worth 
giving a go or if it would be a no-go. It's dirt cheap too.

Thoughts?
