Bad cert at USNO

At the moment I'm writing this, all of my browsers are reporting 
http://www.usno.navy.mil/USNO - which redirects to 
https://www.usno.navy.mil/USNO - to be insecure, due to unknown issuer.

If any of you timenuts have a reliable contact at USNO, Perhaps you can 
give them a heads-up.
