Problem with GPSD refclock

When you built ntpsec, did you include something like?
  ./waf configure --refclock=shm,gpsd

It defaults to no refclocks.  If that's the problem, there should have been 
an error message in whereever your ntpd logging goes.  It may be hidden in 
the clutter.
