There are two sets of configuration data: the usual server and
logging settings, and the flags which control which notifications
are active.<br>
<br>
Server settings do not require changes while the daemon is running.<br>
<br>
Notification flags can be set from the SNMP side, and as such do
require updating from the program itself.<br>
