releasing 1.2.6 mid-week

[Matt Selsky]

Hi folks,

I plan to release 1.2.6 on Thu 10/15 (or a bit later).

It will include fixes for 4 CVEs that were reported as well as some NTS-KE correctness fixes.

If there's anything else that MUST be in the release (eg, crash bugs, etc), please speak up.

There's some pending work to clean up undefined behavior (and adding UBSan to CI), but that most likely won't be in this release.

Thanks,
-Matt
