A lot of people still use the Oncore.  Motorola exited the business, but
Synergy Systems LLC still sells them.  Also very popular on ebay.  Some
claim they have very good scillators on them.  Plus they are specified
by model number in some telco regulations.

OTOH, if you tell the Oncore users to use gpsd instead, that works
