Release 1.2.5?

We should also add dropping refclocks to that list.

I was going to suggest that we should do something to prioritize the 
recent flood of (good) MRs so that we could focus on a few important ones 
and actually make some progress rather than thrashing as we get distracted 
discussing new ones.

So this seems like a good idea to me.
