✘Bad system call

Yo All!

I do not enable seccomp in my build.  The configure script help says:

  --enable-libseccomp     EXPERIMENTAL: enable support for libseccomp
                          sandboxing (default is no)

When/how did this become default enable?  If the default is to become on
then there needs to be a disable  option.
