Nope.  One cert can be used to serve many domains, even seemingly unrelated
ones.

Yup.

The web server recently had a cert issue.  It happens.  It will happen
more frequently as Let's Encrypt moves certs to 7 days max.  The market
will respond with new and better update procedures.
