CI stuff failing

That's the normal CI pipeline collection of tests.  Is there an option to 
run the scheduled tests that I didn't see?

I was thinking of running the extra pipelines that are currently 
scheduled.  If I approve several MRs. it would be nice to know of any 
problems without waiting for the clock to tick.

It's just an attempt to exercise all the options for waf configure.  No 
big deal.

We should probably check to see that the normal CI collection tries each 
option on some os/distro.
