Not as such.

Hitting hub.docker.com I find no Python:2.6* images, Python:2.7*
last pushed 21 April 2020, and Centos last pushed 15 September 2021.

Checking packages.debian.org, packages.ubuntu.com, and
packages.fedoraproject.org for AsciiDoc and Python I find only
Debian Buster has AsciiDoc classic, while Debian Buster, Debian
Bullseye, Fedora 38, Fedora 39, Fedora Rawhide, Ubuntu Focal, and
Ubuntu Jammy claim support of Python 2.7.

A modest google search suggests no distro builds packages for
AsciiDoc3.
