- ms-sntp is broken
- turning ms-sntp on breaks all time service
- ms-sntp is blocking on every packet
- IPv6 address to refid is broken with FIPS 140-2
- byte strings lack .hostname and .trusted in ntpdig
- in ntp.packet, many hashes are not truncated to 20 bytes
- when running ntpdig against a name with multiple
  addresses each address adds a MAC

- ntploggps used/uses count_used_satellites before definition
- protostats do not reset hourly unless login to a file
- polychr() was/is broken on Python 3
