libntp/ntp_calendar.c in ntpcal_get_build_date

Not used in the version string by default.

step_systime in libntp/systtime.c
wrapdate_init in ntpd/ntp_wrapdate.c
trimble_start in ntpd/refclock_trimble.c

I seem to have misplaced my call graph generator. I will not be
digging deeper than that.
