Ok, we'll do the release on Friday the 25th.  This will be version 1.2.0.  Having NTS under RFC is worth a 0.X.0 version bump.

Everyone, do the stuff.  Wrap up your almost done WIPs, merge them, test them, and update the docs and the Changelog.
