Also, this bit in INSTALL.adoc needs updating:
We need OpenSSL >= 1.0.1
NTS needs TLS1.2 or newer.
Since CentOS 6 does not have this, you've dropped support for that too,
so the two CentOS 6 mentions in INSTALL.adoc can be removed.
