That must be an old Ubuntu.
19.10 has 1.1.1c
Fedora is using 1.1.1d.  1.1.1e was recently released.

Ubuntu 18.04 is weird.  They have version 1.1.1, no letter.
1.1.1a has a bug with no work around.  We need something newer.
