I submitted an MR to remove it (https://gitlab.com/NTPsec/ntpsec/merge_requests/986) but that MR was failing CI because openSUSE was having issues with their repo mirroring system (https://status.opensuse.org/incidents/184)

The openSUSE infrax recovered sufficiently Monday morning (EDT) to allow the Debian "oldoldstable" MR to proceed.
