NTS update

The client side already works.  Use
  server ntp.example.com:1234 nts

The server side should be easy to add.

I'm not sure what you are asking for.  It sounds like a ntpq feature request.  
I think ntpq peers gets both the name from the server line and the IP Address 
(converted to text).

Currently, the NTS-KE client doesn't process the use-this-server slot in the 
response so both IP Addresses will be the same.
