NTS update

Yo Hal!

Feature requests:

1. selectable TCP ports for NTSc and NTSs.

We can't depend on others picking TCP 123 for the NTS-KE port.

2. A way to see both the NTS name/IP and matching NTPD name/IP

Currently don't know what the "remote" is saying.
